Program description

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from American Protocols Telehealth related to your account, orders, shipments, appointment and refill reminders, and — if you separately consent — promotional offers. Message frequency varies.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@theamericanprotocol.com.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. We do not charge for text messages, but your carrier's standard rates apply.

Consent not required for purchase

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier.

Privacy

Information collected through the SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page.
