No. Our programs are cash-pay only and are not billed to insurance. Do not submit claims for these services or medications to any commercial or government insurance plan.

Service is offered in the United States only. Availability depends on provider licensure and pharmacy shipping authorization in your state, and some therapies carry state-specific restrictions. Any restriction is disclosed and confirmed per therapy as part of the intake process, and you'll be told if service isn't yet available where you live.

Subscriptions renew automatically so your treatment isn't interrupted. You can pause or cancel anytime from your patient portal or by contacting support before your next billing date.
