Our platform makes it simple: share your health history through a secure online assessment, and an independent, state-licensed provider reviews your case — usually within one business day.
When treatment is appropriate, your prescription is filled by a state-licensed U.S. pharmacy and shipped directly to your door. When it isn't, our providers will tell you that too — honest medicine comes first. Every plan includes ongoing access to your care team for follow-ups, dose adjustments, and questions along the way.
American Protocols Telehealth is operated by TelecareHealth US LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (principal owner: Carmen Feinberg) with offices at 7651 Chesapeake Dr, Shreveport, LA 71105. We are a telehealth services company. We do not practice medicine or pharmacy. All medical decisions are made exclusively by independent licensed providers, and all dispensing is performed by independent licensed pharmacies.

If prescribed, your medication is prepared by a licensed U.S. pharmacy and shipped directly to you in discreet packaging, with ongoing check-ins from your care team.
